Nice Appartement and Location

Very nice and comfortable Appartement. The location is 10min. (by walking) away from the downtown of the nice city Pietrasanta. The owner is a very helpful and nice person, everything is well organized. There is nothing to complain. (Family with two children)

Moderne Unterkunft mit toller Austattung

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung als Familie im Juli 2022 besucht. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage der Unterkunft war okay. Wir hatten leider eine Baustelle nebenan. Das Haus ist kein reines Ferienhaus. Die Ferienwohnung ist im ersten und zweiten Stock. Den abgebildeten Garten teilt man sich mit der darunterliegenden Ferienwohnung. Alle anderen Parteien im Haus sind dort feste Mieter / Eigentümer. Ansonsten war alles wichtige in der Nähe: Supermarkt, Pizzeria, Kinderspielplatz. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Claudio hat alles gut vorbereitet und der Kontakt war sehr angenehm. Wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen!
