" ONCE UPON A TIME "
Once upon a time there is an independent and completely fenced villa with a large garden and parking spaces inside.
The location is excellent for enjoying the tranquility of the countryside and for reaching the historic center of Pietrasanta in just a few minutes. The house, perfect for a couple holiday or for a family, can also accommodate pets.
The house consists of: entrance hall, utility room with washing machine, equipped kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, bathroom, large double bedroom with possibility of adding a cot or cot.
The garden offers something magical: aromatic plants under the beautiful pergola of vines, the heady scent of the pepper plant, roses, lavender, the jasmine that will set you up as you sit comfortably and enjoy some delicacies.
It takes 2 minutes and you can already find various types of premises that can satisfy even the most demanding palates.
A 10 minute ride under the shade of the centuries-old plane trees of Viale Apua and you will be at the sea.
For nature lovers, I recommend walking out of the house and enjoying the greenery and clean air of the countryside by walking or running in peace in the morning or evening.
On request I offer bicycle rental service.
At 3 minutes from the house you will find the railway station and the bus terminal.
At 10 minutes you find the entrance to the motorway and just 35 km from the Pisa International Airport.
