The property was nice and the rooms were clean. As a pool professional i checked the water chemistry of the pool and spa. The pool was good. As with most commercial spa the water chemistry was not good. The spa would benefit from an automated chemical control system

Property was fine. Was walking distance of quite a few things. The staff was absolutely wonderful and kind. The floors were dirty. You couldn't walk around in your bare feet or dirty or sock feet without getting black all over your feet or your socks

Everything was clean, room was somewhat musty and humid, but the ac did work thankfully. Worked fine for a 1 stay for work. Breakfast was ok. More options than some places, but it was just ok.

This family owned property in Pigeon Forge is a great find right in the middle of it all. We enjoy the family atmosphere and the familiar staff that has been there for many years. They also have larger suites that will accomodate between 6 and 10 people that are not available to book without calling the hotel directly. Willow Brook Lodge has truly been a great experience each and every time we have stayed in Pigeon Forge. We will be back soon. There are nearby arcades, restaurants, gocart tracks, tons of unique shopping, and its right across the street from Mad Dog Creamery and Rita's Italian Ice.

Best stay ever !!

If you're coming to Pigeon Forge, you have to book this hotel. The staff is friendly and loves to talk to those staying there. My wife left her 2 pillows in the room on the day we were leaving. The woman cleaning the room ran down 4 flights of stairs to tell me we forgot the pillows. And the location is right in the middle of the action.
