Nice Place for Spring Break

Hotel was a nice place (although a few repairs are needed). Had to ask for towels each night and coffee machine wasn't the greatest. However, with those minor things, hotel was nice. We'd stay again.

Needs to be updated. There was rust all around the lights in bathroom. After a day in Gatlinburg we came back to the hotel only for our key to not work. I did not like that they have signs for tips during breakfast and room service (I did not get room service, but the paper was on our table in the room).

It’s close to Dollywood which was a bonus. The rooms are very nice just the kitchens are a bit dated. But aside from that the staff was very friendly and it has free breakfast which is a nice added bonus. If i go back to the area I would stay there again.
