My husband & I came for my birthday weekend & were very pleased with this hotel! Staff were so kind, the pool / hot tub area was beautiful & had 24 hour access (weather permitting) Elevator to higher floors as well as steps! Clean rooms with plenty of towels, walkable to the Island! Our only recommendation would be to be able to watch tv in bed.. it was on a large stand facing towards the couch other than that it was perfect!

We stayed in one of the updated rooms on the parkway and loved it! The beds and pillows were so comfortable. It has lots of storage areas and was very clean.

Great location, with a very enjoyable staff especially with the large event going on. Only cons can be noisy, and the parking lot can get kinda hard to get in and out of (possibly event timing). Though clean, great entertainment, has a great outdoors area and plenty of snacks.

The staff were wonderful and they offered several extra little treats and touches however, It is a very old hotel and the rooms were very dated and smelled old even though they appeared clean. My main complaint was the bathroom door would not close all the way and it was very badly damaged. The room felt very cramped because of the oversized furniture.
