Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

Quick stop on the way home. The Arbors was a bit difficult to find (it’s in the back) but once there, OMGoodness, what a wonderful stay. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. They had a campfire sing along on their mini island, fresh coffee, hot chocolate, fruit and donuts were available 24/7. Check in was a breeze and breakfast at the pancake house was a huge step above most hotel breakfasts. This is not your typical hotel. This is way WAY better. Next time we visit Pigeon Forge, The Arbors will be our preferred destination.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff(man at the counter)was super nice. The tv and phone was a problem. The tv needed programming the phone worked but u could callout but could not hear me. Staff call to help with the questions.

This was a cute cozy place.. had coffee, juice hot chocolate and fruits and donuts in the lobby anytime you wanted them, day or night .. also all the staff was extremely nice also loved the fire pit outside and the heated pool and hot tub
