Clean room, amenities. Loft area was very nice. Enjoyed balcony. Only issue is only 1 elevator available. We were stuck on 5th floor at time of checkout due to elevator was broke. Cleaning staff/manager was very helpful with getting this resolved and updating us with status of issue.

Great location, clean room w jacuzzi and fireplace, fantastic staff and outstanding breakfast! Family friendly! Door we used the most near elevator was sticky and Water pressure for shower was a bit low were our only complaints. Overall an excellent experience!

Toilet did not flushed. Maintenance came twice but was not able to repair. When asked for a new room was advised that all rooms were booked but there were other rooms on my floor that were not occupied.

Great stay in lofted room. Clean, no bugs, great staff, comfortable beds, roomy. Hotel wonderfully clean, staff very friendly, especially Amy our breakfast lady. She is so sweet, personable, friendly and helpful. This is what a Hotel SHOULD be like. We LOVED IT HERE! Especially our interactions with the staff. Respectful, considerable, any issue or question handled quickly and with aplomb! Note: ypu may see some bad reviews, because one of their sister hotels had a major water leak, bad enough to shut that hotel down. Displaced guests were sent to our hotel for accommodations just before midnight. The staff was just as polite and kind to them as they were to us. Their perceptions are colored by their situations and DO NOT pertain to this Hotel OR ITS STAFF!
