We booked a suite for our vacation. On arrival we found the lobby cold and unheated I feel bad for the ladies at the desk. Getting up to our room we found the floors a little warmer and the actual rooms fine. The room itself was clean but in disrepair. Door broken would not lock anyone could just walk in. The rooms plugins didn't work could only charge our phone in the bathroom. The light on the bed was broken off. And the tub was starting to separate from the wall. After that due to weather the next morning we stayed in our room a little late till around 10. The maid even with the privacy sign on, walked right into the room no knock nothing she wanted to clean the room we told her no we didn't need the service and sent her on her way. Later that day they came back and still cleaned the room even with the sign still on. Luckly after the first intrusion we packed our luggage and took it to the car to be sure that things wouldnt go missing. And after cleaning they didn't refill the shampoo or soap just made the bed and left. Last was possibly not their fault but someone was smoking near us every night so the room reaked of pot which was annoying.

The room was clean, spacious. The entire hotel was clean the halls the lobby the breakfast area all very nice. Every interaction with the staff was very pleasant. The checking in and checkout process was great. Access to the rooms are especially after the third floor was a very convenient this particular hotel actually had a parking garage under the hotel which I utilized kept the weather off my car and got off the elevator right into my car. I would recommend this hotel and we’ll stay there again.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Apple Valley Lodge in Pigeon Forge, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming — exactly what you hope for during a getaway. One of the best parts of this hotel is its fantastic location. There are lots of attractions nearby, making it easy to explore the area without long drives. From shows and shops to family-friendly activities, everything is just minutes away. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants close by, which made dining out super convenient. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return. If you’re visiting Pigeon Forge and want comfort, convenience, and great service, Best Western Plus Apple Valley Lodge is an excellent choice!
