My family and I visited Pigeon Forge for the first time and decided to stay here after finding a great deal on Expedia. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean the property was and by how friendly the front desk staff were when we arrived. We booked the Queen/King Suite and were extremely happy with it. The suite was spacious (two rooms), very clean, and stayed warm despite the low temperatures outside. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were clean, but they may want to go a little easier on the bleach and chemicals used for maintenance, as the courtyard can smell like them for hours. The free breakfast was a nice bonus, though it would be great if they could rotate some items—such as offering bacon or ham instead of sausages, or switching up the cereal options. Parking was never an issue, and the other guests were respectful, so we didn’t experience any noise disturbances. Our only minor issue was a cigarette smell in the bathroom on our last night, but we simply kept the bathroom door closed and it wasn’t a major inconvenience. There are plenty of dining options and activities nearby. Overall, we would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Room was very clean, bathroom a little small, great location to Dollywood. Breakfast does get very full quickly. But they always bring out more items. 2 waffle makers. Check-in was extensive vs other hotels I have stayed at.
