Located 1.6 miles from Dollywood in Pigeon Forge. Close to all the main attractions. Off Ridge Road. No steep mountains or scary roads. Plenty of private parking out front of the cabin. This cabin is brand new and ready with all the bells and whistles for your family vacation to the smokies !!!

$$$ Yes we are Pet friendly for up to two pets. It is not included the daily rate it is a separate fee. Weight limit up to 50lbs ( can be flexible please ask). First pet is $250 fee, please add on the booking page where it asks if you are bringing a pet. The second pet vrbo can not charge for so please let me know and I will send you a request for payment. Second pet is $125. Absolutely no pets are allowed on the furniture.

Rules for pets
1. Please only pets that are house trained and no puppies or dogs under 1 year old.
2. No aggressive breeds, pit bulls, Rottweilers etc
3. If you bring a pet(s), and it is not disclosed at the time of booking, you will be violating the house rules and will be forced to cancel your reservation and no refund will be issued.

Discount for Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters
We honor Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters with a 5% discount. To receive this discount, book your reservation, then message us with your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the proof of service. We will issue a 5% refund of the accommodation cost in the resolution center on your check-in day. If you are receiving the weekly discount, or if the cabin has any other promotion going on, you are not eligible to receive the military discount on top. No combining of discounts, one discount per booking.

Note: The indoor pool is heated to a comfortable temperature. If the pool feels chilly for young children, we can accommodate temperature adjustments upon request.

Please use the hot tub at your own risk, the hosts are not liable for any accidents. For your safety, do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. If you have medical conditions that might put you at risk for using the hot tub, please consult with your doctor.

If you see wild animals during your stay please do not feed them. Stay away from them. Mama bear and her cubs are rarely seen but they do wander around occasionally. Be sure to put all garbage into the bin inside the bear-proof cage at all times. If the garbage is left outside, it might attract bears.
