Location was great and close to everything. Hotel plays loud music till about 10 PM and we were on the 5th floor and it was loud making it hard to sleep. Hotel was very clean and had nice amenities.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool area was a hit with our kids and kept them busy for hours. The location was fantastic, but by the end of the daynwe were exhausted and just tried the restaurant there for dinner. It was delicious. Breakfast was complimentary and had ao many options. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and will likely return.

The hotel was the best part of our trip. Other than no venting fan in the bathroom there is nothing to complain about. It is dog friendly so if I didn't like dogs... I suppose that might bother some people. the breakfast was awesome.

Ponies in the Smokies

We came in for a 3 night stay. Ive stayed at margaritaville before, but honestly liked this hotel so much more. Beds super comfortable. We had a junior suite,loved the room, loved the balcony, would just sit with a cup of coffee. Food was just ok, and restaurant service was lacking. Front desk was great. Will come back.
