The hotel staff was friendly, parking was easy and the facilities were clean, there were lots of activities for young kids and the beds were very comfortable. This resort is best for kids under the age of 10. Our 13 and 11 year old were a little bored as the slides were too slow for their liking and the activities were geared for younger kids.

Great place for a family stay!

Our stay was great! The beds are definitely due for an upgrade, they are not comfortable and the mattress/box spring queen bed rocked as you moved while the mattress was so soft and flimsy that it was hard for 2 people to get comfortable. Internet access was good. Communication prior to our stay could have been better as apparently we were in the middle of "seasonal change" and the pool slides weren't open all the time. Also, an entrance to the outdoor pool needs to be made from tower 2. Having to go all the way around sucks!

Property and room was clean but starting to show some age and wear, but nothing hugely wrong with it. The water park was small but nice but some of the slides had limited hours. We had no problems sleeping or anything with the quality of the room itself. We would stay there again.

I liked how you have so many activities for children and you don’t even have to leave for it. The pool was fun, we did the mining, bubbles at the gift shop for the dance party, ice cream, the only stuff we didn’t get too was the arcade and mountain climbing, the room was nice with a view of a mountain to the right. Definitely recommend if you have children, plus so many shopping stores, mini golf, ice cream shops, little amusement park places are less than 5 miles away.

Outside water slides were not disclosed that they are only open on the weekends until we arrived. Room not did not have access to a microwave. You could use one down the hall and it did not work. Ending machines out of order, wallways were trashy with peeling or scraped paint. We arrived 15 min early and front desk would not allow us to check in until the exact time. Breakfast was amazing! Probably the best part about this resort. Indoor water slides were nice. Outdoor slides could use a facelift. Probably would not stay here again.

I loved this place stayed for the weekend with my family and it was so fun! they had different activities scheduled every hour during the whole day! It was very clean. Very walkable around pigeon Forge. I do wish there was a better access to the main hotel if you’re not already staying at that one but other than that highly recommend

We have always loved Country Cascades so we were excited about the add-on indoow water park. However, we were not informed that the slides would not be open while we were there. Our teenagers were upset about that. Also, we stayed in the Summit tower, and have stayed there before because of pool access, but now, you have to go in through the front and walk all the way around to enjoy the pool. The parking could use some reconfiguring as well. We had to park in the very back lot near where the electric chargers are located. The parking needs to be separated better.
