Sheets were stained and had matter on them where you could tell they had not been washed. The room looks like it was barely swept and garbage was still in the bathroom canister when we first checked in. It took two calls to the front desk because no one would respond to the "guest service" number they tell you to text if you need anything. Then it took housekeeping an additional 30- 45 mins to bring me clean sheets. The rooms are severally outdated and you would think they could afford to fix the toliet paper holder in the bathroom but they prefer to leave the toliet paper on the sink. Then the indoor water park they make up their own rules as they wish. Managerment was terribly rude. Monday it was fine for me to wear my pool shoes on thw water slide, but tuesday it was breaking the rules. I asked the manager where on the rules board posted is it that i cannot wear the pool shoes i had on (since they had no zippers, metal, or anything that could puncture the intertube) he said it falls under the category of "whatever the attendant says".

Loved that this hotel is kids oriented, not only for the water parks (indoor and outdoor) but for all the activities they have daily. We could stay a whole day in and not get bored which we did twice in our stay.

We love returning to this hotel. Went here for my daughter’s 6th birthday. Only complaint is that metal coverage over window shade fell down. Were told this has happened before when reporting it. Seems dangerous. Could fall on someone’s head. Other than that, everything was great and enjoyed the amenities.

We looove both Waterparks and the fact that there are multiple dinning options inside the facility. The kids absolutely love the arcade and bowling alley upstairs in the main building.

Family fun

Booked a birthday trip for our 10 year old (4 kids went with us total) plenty of room in the cabin suite with two bunk beds in a cabin area and a king size bed in a separate part. Fun activities for the kids, restaurants, gift shops, waterparks indoor and out. We didn’t have to leave the resort if we didn’t want to. Great stay!
