Nice and clean property. Friendly staff. You get complimentary basic time saver tickets to the Dollywood park when u stay here.. it dismt seem to have been mentioned on the Expedia description. Rooms are okay. Fits a family of 5. One king bed, bunk bed and a small couch. Fridge. Dafe. Coffee machine. Free parking. Free Shuttle to the park.close to downtown. Pool. Overall it was a positive experience. Easy access to dollywood and gatlinburg. The staff at the resort were hit or miss. Our room was never properly cleaned. At one point, we were given a towel with hair on it. Some mornings, we weren't given our coffee and breakfast.Although we did pay for it. And it was, yeah, a birthday from one of us which we mentioned and they said they would do something, and they did not.

We did not get to use our reservation as I had an accident and had to go in for back surgery. I wanted to reschedule and they said they could not reschedule after posting on their website that it was fully refundable or I could reschedule by the 15th. I called in on the 15th and the little guy said That I would have to talk to Dolly’s dream Moore hotel but they said I would have to talk to hotels.com so I was bounced from one place to another and then they said I could not be refunded my money. I’m very disappointed as though my money is hard to come by and that was Nearly $1000 just for the weekend for a short honeymoon for my husband and I.
