Great Place for Family

Great location and very nice staff. We loved watching the ducks and geese by the river. There was a nice walking trail beside the river. Everything was very well maintained, flowers were beautiful surrounding property, pool area was great, but the jets in the hot tub needed adjusting badly. The room was very clean and had refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, iron/ironing board, etc. Breakfast bar was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Our Pigeon Forge / Dollywood Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the Econo Lodge in Pigeon Forge. The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, and it was right by the river, so the scenery was beautiful. We enjoyed the geese and ducks that were around the river too. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice too. We enjoyed it so much, that we stayed at this hotel again when we came back through Pigeon Forge.

The service was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the baby ducks and geese down by the river. Nice area by the fire pit. Pool area also clean. Would definitely stay there again.

to much chlorine in pool and hot tub second tome staying there and theres wayyy to much…it shouldnt burn your eyes just by sitting in the area not even in pool or hot tub…Our sons cheeks were so chapped and raw from the chlorine drying them out

Loved the river behind the property but I did not get my “river view” king that I booked. My view was of a tree. This happens a lot when I book through Expedia. The clerks always say they cannot always honor what their party bookers promote. 🙄

Our second stay. We weren’t impressed on our first stay, but the location was too good not to try again. We got a better room. 3rd floor was quieter and the bed was even, all the plugs worked. We walked to the Christmas store and to play mini golf. We will return again and request a top floor so it is quieter. My only complain is that the doors slam loudly when closing. Front staff was great!
