New Hotel. The room could have been cleaner, there was a lot of hair and dust on floors. The hallways and common space needed to be cleaned. Loved the room with a balcony. The open space around the pool and gathering areas were nice. Missed opportunities in food and beverage as no way to order food to the pool side. Beds are firm, not my favorite but my husband liked them.

Great location just outside pigeon forge so it makes it easy to get in and out without dealing with too much traffic. Staff was friendly and with it being a newer hotel everything is brand new.

Newer Hotel. Room ordered stated mountain view but you are looking at another Hotel looking at us, not a mountain view from your room window. Otherwise room is larger than other hotels. I liked everything about this hotel, very nice brand new property. Rooms were very clean and complimentary breakfast was very good! I also enjoyed the outside patio’s and the pool!

Love it, would definitely go back

This hotel is not finished but it is already so beautiful! Staff were great, room was spacious and clean. Multiple pools, indoor and outdoor, games in the bar and a 7th floor bar.

This hotel is the nicest Embassy Suites I have ever stayed at. Too many great things to list. Just go! If you need a place to stay a mile from Dollywood…this is it!
