The hotel is clean, very nice and very convenient. Breakfast has some issues. Buffet breakfast at a restaurant in same parking lot as hotel. With conditions 1) only 2 adults (even if you booked room for 4 with kids) 2) you pay for drinks and tip 3) only between 8 and 930 (which will not works if you have a early morning plan like going to cades cove or dollywood)

I asked for room to accommodate 3 people while booking. This room showed as accommodating my request; showed a sofa in addition to queen size bed. Sofa is not a sleeper and was just a kid-size love seat, does not fit even a 12 year old. I had to pay extra at the hotel to be able to have proper sleeping arrangements for my family. This was deceiving. Breakfast is a multi-step project - you get a card at check-in, then you take a card to front desk between 8 and 9am only and stand in line to show the card to get vouchers, then you go to a restaurant in another building and stand in line again to check in at the restaurant and pay for your drinks (even if it is just tea, coffee or juice), and only then you are seated. Food is very greasy and no healthy options aside from the mushy fruit. Would not recommend this place.

Family vacation

Room was clean and served its purpose. Resort is in a great location within walking distance to several restaurants and entertainment venues. Now for the not-so-good. Room was advertised as sleeping 3 with a queen bed and a couch. The third person must be under 4 ft tall as the couch was only 48 inched wide. NOT suitable for a teenager. My receipt stated that the room included FREE breakfast for 3. Upon check-in, I was informed that was incorrect and I must pay for the third person (unless they are under 5 yrs old). Also, breakfast is NOT free regardless as you must pay for drinks and an expected tip. My "free" breakfast cost $30. We did not go back as there were much better options within walking distance. Carpet had stains everywhere. Also, a pet peeve of mine was the very loose toilet seat. Not only that, but the toilet seat was too small for the toilet. (wrong size). There is also a building that obviously has bands from time to time right next to our room. Our windows literally rattled until close to 10 pm on Friday night. Thankfully it didn't go on later than that. Pictures make pool appear much bigger than it actually is and it felt like a sauna. As stated, it served its purpose, but I'll never stay here again.

Good family resort.

Good value with daily breakfast buffet. Nice indoor pool is open until 1am. Lots of families but that’s what pigeon forge is all about. Only papa John’s allowed to deliver on site. All other food deliveries must be received off property.

Issues

I booked two rooms. Expected them to be conjoining rooms. Well, in the second room, on the last night they had an issue in their bathroom. The adult in the room called for maintenance to come and front desk told her they would be right up. A hour later and the maintenance people still hadn’t shown up. So, they all went back to bed. The outlets were so loose you couldn’t keep a plug in them.

Parking is an issue especially in the evenings because sharing the front lot with Buffet. This is no fault of the hotel but someone thought it was ok for their children to slam doors and run up and down hall at 11pm. But besides those 2 issues it's a decent place.

Stay was really good BUT they put us in a room with a view of the dumpster area. Literally 5 feet from it so real outside view at all. Shower water pressure was horribly low. Parking was decent and hotel was in good area with many things to do around.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We hung out in the pool. We played cards in the lobby. From the 5th there was a nice view. The staff was kind. The breakfast buffet next door was actually pretty good. The hotel is conveniently located. The bed wasn't a comfortable as some others and the room was slightly dated. But I'm a stickler on cleanliness and being treated kind. And those 2 things i received. Also free breakfast is always a plus. So overall, a 9.5 from me.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The pool was heated and large and open untill 1 am which was amazing since we were out all day doing things and would get back to hotel late we could still enjoy the nice heated pool. Front desk staff was kind. Free breakfast vouchers were helpful. Balconies were nice to look out on the town. Although many good things about this hotel....some things we didnt like...... *** The bathroom had tons of ants. *** The trim pieces were falling off the walls. *** The neighbors were noisy- brought dog that barked at early hours of the morning. *** The water pressure was good however the curtain didnt close quite right, i think it was just old ( and dirty) so water would spray all over the place when showering.
