It was decent for a 3 day stay. Could see minor issues with the room. Ants on the floor after each shower. Not sure why housekeeping came in our room everyday, while we were out. We knew, bc we came back to pizza boxes removed and trash changed. Nothing missing, but usually have to ask for that to be done.

Miserable on vacation

We stayed the weekend with my grandchildren. They put us in a room by the ice machine, which people used all night. We had no hot water to shower with and even though I had to walk to the desk multiple times to report the problem they kept saying that maintenance said nothing was wrong when they checked so they didn’t know why we wasn’t getting any hot water!! However that didn’t change the fact that we couldn’t shower and had to wash our face in cold water. Never offered to change our room. The TV was horrible and couldn’t find anything much to watch. All in all a horrible experience!! The only positive was the indoor pool. Definitely was not worth the money I paid to stay there.

A lot of construction on property. Room was clean staff was very helpful with all questions. Easy to get to and for price was good. I normally take my fifth wheel but coming from Ohio where it snows then is sunny didn’t want to risk damaging my camper if had to stay would stay again

It was a great stay..we have stayed many times before.. we reserved 2 rooms and 1 seemed cleaner with no carpet and the other room with carpet had a large stain that seems like a little carpet cleaning would have got it up.. but other than that we love staying here..my kids like the pool there as much as a large waterpark

Could use a fair amount of updating. Room had very squeaky beds, minimal sitting space just one random chair in the corner. No where to sit and eat food. Shower rod was hung incorrectly so the shower curtain wouldn’t close and the bathroom flooded when we showered. Didn’t love that entrance was behind some random restaurant. Has potential to be great just needs some TLC. Pool was warm, water was cloudy and patio furniture in pool area rusty. Overall give 5/10 wouldn’t come back.

1. So, I have a support animal that I brought with me. She’s a certified emotional support animal. I was told she would be free thrice by the staff. When I got there, they tried to charge me 200 dollars off of their bad communication. 2. The room was supposed to be a queen size bed, it was a full size bed, and they wouldn’t let us upgrade. We had to pay for a roll out bed. 3. The carpet had stains and the curtain holes. My family was not happy at all. We are never coming back! 4. The staff was at least friendly enough to call us when we left our juice boxes. 5. We went past the other rooms which were way nicer because they had received an upgrade. We were not happy with the room!

Friendly staff, super helpful. The rooms were very clean and had big fridges in them which was nice. Unfortunately you could hear everything from your neighbors which made it hard to sleep. The breakfast was cold, the pancakes were hard and not very moist. Plus you have to wait until 8 to eat and buy your drinks. 2/5 stars will not return
