Beautiful Hotel! Everything was very close to the hotel. The best part about the hotel is its location. All the staff are lovely and super helpful Specially Rana, Laureen and Sydney

One elevator was broken when we checked in. The second elevator broke the second day. This was inconvenient sine we were on the sixth floor.

The hotel was very nice and in a good location. The room was clean and well-stocked. Breakfast was an extra charge, and there was an incident charge added at check-in, which I didn't like.

Great location, walkable access to the island and attractions, very nice staff seemed to care a lot, big rooms very clean rooms. Pool was a little nasty, could have used a good scrubbing. But other than that, very impressed.
