You are welcome to enjoy the entire property, except for a closet which is labeled and in the upstairs hallway. The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad for convenient entry, so you don’t have to worry about carrying around keys.
There are no steep or winding roads, so you’ll enjoy easy access to the cabin, and there is parking available in the driveway.

MAXIMUM of 10 guest occupancy. Anyone over the age of 3 should be accounted for on your reservation.

BEDROOMS:
All four cozy bedrooms have a Smart TV, ceiling fan, comfortable beddings, and closets to store all of your things. The grownups won’t need to argue about who gets the king-sized bed in this cabin because there are three king bedrooms available. 
The kids will enjoy the full-sized bunk beds and have plenty of entertainment thanks to the air hockey table in the room and the Pac-Man Arcade in the hallway.
1 King bedroom on main level, all other bedrooms are upstairs.

KITCHEN:
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops and all the needed appliances and cookware. Coffee bar complete with Keurig coffee maker. The dining table comfortably seats eight, and there are three additional stools at the large kitchen island so everyone in your group can enjoy meals together.

LAUNDRY:
Full size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron also provided

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The cabin’s location in the lap of the Smoky Mountains means you are surrounded by nature. Enjoy a rejuvenating soak in the private hot tub while taking in the view of the greenery. The private grill invites you to BBQ outdoors and enjoy the fresh air with the whole family over a meal - just remember to bring some charcoal. The private balcony on the second floor is a great retreat away from the rest of the group. It’s furnished with outdoor chairs for you to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the sunset.

AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: a roll of paper towels, dish soap, 2 dish washer pods, kitchen trash can liners, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap and bathroom trash liners. These are travel size items and depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items.

PETS:
Up to 2 well behaved dogs 50 lbs each. Please do not leave them alone in the house, please clean up after them.

SMOKING:
No Smoking/Vaping indoors, please do so outside and clean up after yourselves.

COMMUNITY POOL/ FIRE PIT:
If you are in the mood to explore the resort community, you are welcome to use the community pool and fire pit when you stay between Memorial day and Labor Day, just remember to bring some fire wood for the fire pit. The Gatlinburg golf course is just across the street if some members of your group are interested, along with several other attractions.

Please remember that you are staying in our home away from home. Please treat our cabin with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

REFUNDS:
We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not refund for weather, weather related issues or natural disasters.
