Bed was very uncomfortable, water wasn’t very hot, hall carpet and room were very outdated, the remote didn’t work to the t.v. And the noise of other guests was awful.

Plugs would push back on wall when trying to use them and covers were broke . Toilet wouldn't flush and walls was patched but not painted . Carpets were dirty.

Booked online and upon checking in they charge you $80 for incidentals. They advertise pillow top mattresses but that’s false. Beds are very uncomfortable. Luke warm water to shower with. A/c unit needs updating control knob doesn’t work correctly.

The A/C It was making a deafening noise, and on the second night we asked for it to be fixed, but they didn't do anything. The staff was very rude; we had to ask for the room to be cleaned, or go downstairs to ask for toilet paper.

The staff was lovely—no problems there. However, the bed was hard a rock, the pillows were paper thin, and the AC in the room was barely functioning. We had it turned down to the lowest setting and were still sweating all night. The shower, though clean, was really stained with rust/hard water.

Did not list on their site that there would be an $80.00 hold on our credit card even though the room was paid for. When I asked the night clerk about it she became defensive and rude. Hotel was dated and noisy. The rooms are definitely not sound proof. The only reason I'm giving it 2 Stars is the bed was comfortable and the day clerk was nice.
