Beautiful 2 bedroom/ 1 bath home right next to the Parkway and within walking distance of the Little Pigeon River. Private hot tub and Spacious Living room offers plenty of space to relax on your vacation with leather sectional and recliners. A large kitchen gives you plenty of room to feed your party. This place was awesome. Host were very awesome. They sent us a welcome message with recommendations for the area. We tried a couple of them. Space was clean and roomy. We took full advantage of the games they had (they have more than the picture shows! Highly recommend playing Head Hackers. Also recommend staying here. Neighborhood was was quiet and safe!

This was our second time staying here and we really enjoyed it again. The location is excellent. Very close to all the main attractions, grocery stores, and restaurants, while still being in a quiet and safe neighborhood. One thing we especially appreciated was not having to deal with steep mountain roads getting to the cabin.The home was very clean and check-in/check-out was extremely easy. The Wi-Fi worked well, the hot water and water pressure were great, and having a washer and dryer was definitely a plus. We didn’t cook during our stay, but the kitchen appeared very well stocked with appliances including a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, and plenty of silverware and kitchen essentials.There was also a hot tub available, although we didn’t get a chance to use it this trip. Overall, we had another great stay and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

As described in the ad, the place was very clean and very convenient to Pigeon forge's activities. Could use a new filter in area of a/c, could use non slip tread in shower and rub outside shower. Going to have to remember to bring additional plug ins with extra receptacles and extra toilet paper. Full coffee maker and k cup, and blender too.Love this space so in all and I would stay again! It's quiet at night although you're very near the main strip and could hear the train at Dollywood around 830-8am.

We were very happy with how clean the rental was. It’s very difficult to find a rental which allow pets and are really clean. This unit is very conveniently located but still in a quiet neighborhood. Host was easy and pleasant to communicate with.

Had an absolutely GREAT vacation,,,first time staying on the JAXSON side, before stayed in the GRACE side of the ranch double house. Both are fantastic and super nice. Decorated to the nines and clean as a whistle. Can't say enough nice things to list. Quiet, location, great parking, close to everything, had a wonderful time, AND the host has always been Super, no problems to report.

The listing was very nice. Plenty of room, quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Host was quick in response to emails. Needed a few maintenance issues addressed. Contacted host and they sent maintenance. We waited till he was finished. Kitchen amenities could be better. Was no toaster or baking pans, such as cookie sheet.Would rate a 7 out of 10 due to maintenance issues
