We stayed in a two bedroom and it was super nice. Lots of privacy between the bedrooms and a very large kitchen with full size appliances. So clean and updated. Definitely stay here again.

Everything I was looking for… very clean, great location, friendly and responsive staff. I didn’t have any specific request other than a steamer/ iron. But they texted every day to see if I needed anything. I would highly recommend.

Our stay was great. We had everything we needed and more. The front desk was very helpful and checked in to make sure we were being taken care of. This is a place we wil definitely return to. The space for 5 people was efficient.

Room was clean and very big. Only negative was that we had to get a different key card to access the gym and return the key card when we were done. We had to wait a while to get the card and to return it because there was no one at the desk.

Mill Springs Lodge = True Gratification

Our stay at the Mill Springs Lodge was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. Our room was outstanding, spacious, and provided everything we needed for our stay. Our only complaint was the building’s A/C units were just below our deck, so it wasn’t as peaceful as we would have liked. Location was great…it was close to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park entrance and all the Pigeon Forge attractions, while also being just far enough away to not be bothered by their lights and sounds. I highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay and wanted to extend but the resort was booked out but for a good reason. The property was clean and spacious. We rented the 2 room and 2 bath with a beautiful kitchen. Front desk was accomdating. The view was gorgeous and the location was close to the Island and shows. We cant wait to come back! Ty

Great property. Roomy, comfortable units. In room was quiet except when kids were running back and forth in the unit above us. Patio had a lot of traffic noise and lots of AC units on the ground just below us. Nice pool with a pretty view.
