Check in service was very quick and easy went up to the room using the one available elevator the other two were not working we could tell that the room was older due to the age of the hotel overall the room was very clean The bedding could have been better one comforter had a burn mark in it from I believe it was a cigarette not sure. Bathroom could stand to be updated with a shower instead of a tub that would make it easier on the older guests that we seen that was using the hotel a lot. Went down to the indoor pool and lazy river was not real crowded. The whole hotel could stand to be updated with the pool area renovated which it looked like it was started but never finished The indoor pool was kind of cool but needed to be updated lazy river definitely needed more tubes didn't use the breakfast until our second to last day so couldn't really say much on that The toilet was slow flushing when I informed the front desk of this they said that they would get it taken care of right away of course we didn't have a real big problem with it till it was time to leave overall very modest motel for the price and for the distance to the attractions Will possibly stay here again

The pool and hot tub was 4 flights of stairs in the basement, no working elevators to that floor. Mosquitoes swarming the pool and hot tub area. Pool wasn't heated like advertised, I will say I fully understand they are under renovations. I would stay here again when renovations are completed. Breakfast was very good also.

the fire alarm went off in the building and they blamed us for it. We do not smoke at all, because I have health issues. They tried to say that we were smoking in the room and would not let us stay at the hotel anymore. I have since contacted my lawyer!

The property was being renovated. The room smelled really bad and the carpet was very dirty. Exosed staples in the carpet that i stepped on. It reminded me of a hotel from a horror movie.

The microwave had food crumbs left. The refrigerator had not be defrosted. The floors had food on it. The hotel needs updated. I don't know what kind of airfresher than use. My son and have asthma and if we had not taken our inhalers with us we would have had to go to the hospital with an asthma attack

The rates were awesome, we realized why after we arrived, the carpets are not clean, have debri all down hallways, pool area cement dirty debri around,hot tub has no jets, water looked aweful, had to request clean linens, our mattress & pad was stained with urine rings, comforter ripped stuffing comn out, pillows were old& raggedy lookn if you took cases off. This property has greatly declined in the past 20 years. I stayed 2 nights. There were no towels in my room upon arrival, and i never received maid service during my stay, so I had to reuse wash rags and towels. The carpets are filthy, it smells unpleasant, and the condition of the hotel is overall in pretty bad shape. The location is good, the pool was pretty clean, and the price is low. It needs some major repair work. I would not stay here again unless it underwent major remodeling.
