Find somewhere else to stay in Pigeon Forge this place is not very good the bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The inside pool and lazy river had rocks inside of them the chlorine was so strong that it burned your eyes just been in the room and the room they were in was so hot it was terrible. We had no one to service our room, the roof was leaking in the room and got our luggage wet , only was asking about service the room until the last day of a 4 night stay. The place was going through some remodeling which I can understand that. The breakfast.was the same every day and they only had processed eggs,over cooked sausage links and potatoes, toast,small bite size muffins. I will never stay there again.

Rooms are not up-to-date at all, and our room even had messed up wall sockets - no exhaust fan cover in the bathroom - badly stained carpet - filthy mirrors and countertops - toilet barely flushed - lamp wouldn’t work - bed & pillows were horrible - pools were unbearable to get in due to the dangerously high chlorine content, and the cable was out the last few days we were there before we decided to check out early and stay somewhere else!

The light over the sink didn’t work, the furniture had a dry juice on it, they just kept taking towels, I had to keep going downstairs to get more. But the guy at the front desk was pleasant and busy every time I saw him.

TERRIBLE

Terrible. Me and my kids were in the room for 5 minutes, and that was too long. We immediately checked out and they refused to give a refund and also lied to hotels.com customer service, saying we stayed there (which was a lie) and also said we were regular customers there (LIE, never stayed there before in my life) it is truly disgusting and looks NOTHING like photos on this site. RUN far away, don’t walk!

This is not what I expected or what it look like online. It looks way different on pictures than in person not a good experience at all bed we’re very used up and made my back hurt, I was not so excited about it once I got there.

This property is in need of a major facelift. The room they put us in was awful. Furniture was nasty and so was the floors and walls. Couldnt get any channels on the tv. Water was boiling hot and could seriously burn someone. Pressure in shower will knock you down. I understand they are remodeling but, they shouldnt rent rooms out in that condition. Wouldnt recommend until they rebrand completely under choice hotels

Never had pool towels when call to ask was told to come get them. Anytime you asked for something to be done like plunging a toilet had to ask 6 times. Pool had rocks in it told staff they didnt care. Hand rail fell off the wall.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. The bathroom leaked from the shower above through the light fixture. There was mold on n the bathroom ceiling from the leak. I will NEVER stay here again. It is a fire hazard and health hazard to stay here. If I had notice the mold on the ceiling when I first got to the room I would have never stayed there. It should be closed down.

Ok place to stay

This hotel has potential to be a luxury hotel. You can definitely tell that some Renovations have been made, but many more are needed. The hallways were pretty dirty but the room we stayed in had a very clean bathroomand clean sheets. The beds however were very uncomfortable the mattresses need replaced. The carpet was vacuumed but needs deep cleaned or replaced. I wouldn't walk around without shoes on because my son's socks were completely black on the bottom after walking around without shoes in the room. The lobby was very welcoming as well as all of the staff we encountered. I tend to clean up after myself and remove my own trash and place a do not disturb sign on my door. They did not one day and ask if we did need anything and I told them we were good but I appreciated them checking on us. Overall it was not a bad place to stay. It was a bit noisy in the hallways pretty late at night, but many of the surrounding activities do not end until very late at night so that was expected. The indoor pool and small Lazy River was nice as well.

Had a great stay.The good: room was nice, had a little balcony, beds were comfortable, staff were great, the breakfast each morning was really good, and had lots of parking. The bad: the elevator wasn’t working and the pools had some trash in them or around them.

Definitely needs more renovations but it was only for one night so not a big deal. Nice big spa bathtub in the room with hot water so that was relaxing but after we drained the tub the water was obviously leaking underneath it so the whole carpet area was soaked. I did let them know. Couldn’t really complain for the price and a night of sleep while on a road trip.

Dirty, multiple issues including tv did not work, tub did not drain, no breakfast for last 3 days there, indoor pool and hot tub was flooded out, no air conditioning in public areas of hotel (rooms were air conditioned), no chairs at outdoor pool, stains all over carpets and walls. Room was not ready even though 5 people came in and got rooms while we were waiting. Just overall poor hotel that was not as described on website. Would never stay there again.
