Rooms was disgusting. One of our rooms as we booked two. Literally had a dildo in it and blood on the sheets. Told manager about the dildo and he didn’t apologize. The ice machine they charge you to use. Floors were coming out mold all in the bathroom. Coffee pot didn’t work. They gave me a replacement coffee pot that had molded all in it so I couldn’t use it. They go in the rooms when you’re not there. No other stripping around the door so you could see right outside. You can hear everything. They keep the office closed until 3 o’clock. They make you give you $100 deposit per roomwhich hotel.com does not let you know that and it must be in cash. Just a very horrible two days day which I had to rough it out because there’s no refunds it ruined our vacation because we couldn’t sleep in that environment.

STAY AWAY!!!

This hotel first off needs to be gutted or remodeled and updated! Here are all the cons of this hotel. As soon as we walked in we all felt like we went back to the 70's (retro style!!). The floor was absolutely filthy, and you need to wear slippers or shoes unless you want black feet or socks! No tissues at all. Water backs up in the sink when brushing teeth or washing your face. Room smells so musty and felt damp with no good ventilation. Exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. Bathroom floor stayed wet with leaking coming from somewhere around the toilet. Shower floor makes the loudest noise and moves. Bed makes a loud sound as if it's ready to cave whenever you first set down. High humidity that stays in the room. Refrigerator wasn't cold. We had a party of 3 and only had enough rags and towels for 2. Rags were dirty upon using. Went to the lobby to ask for more towels and rags, which took over an hour for them to bring. You have to pay $0.25 for ICE! Only gave 1 room key. The wood on the bathroom door was all damaged. The threshold going into the bathroom was black and dirty! The lady at the front desk was very unfriendly. Pictures were absolutely photoshopped! We paid around $109 a night, but the quality wasn't even equivalent to $50 a night! Worst hotel and experience we have ever had and we've been coming to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for years.

The hotel is outdated, but is very clean and close to everything.The staff is also very friendly. The walkway to the second floor could use a little something it is a little steep and it also gets slippery when it was wet. I do recommend this hotel overall so don’t let the price fool you , but don’t expect the Hilton either. I will be staying here again. I do recommend if you are looking for a cheaper affordable place to stay.
