I loved everything about this place except for how thin the walls were. My friends staying in the room against the adjoining wall could hear every word of every conversation our neighbors had, including some they probably shouldn’t have been a part of, and no one was yelling. Just normal conversations clear as day. The people above us must have been wearing cement shoes and dragging the furniture around the two nights we were there. On Sunday morning it started at 6am so I said stomp louder ok. I did not yell, I just said it and they heard me. It stopped for about 10 minutes and then resumed. I decided we should have music if we were all getting up and played heavy metal for us all to enjoy. If you stay here, and I do recommend you do, A or B only, TOP FLOOR ONLY!

Not bad but not great either

It was very noisy! The unit joined another that had loud teenagers that kept banging on the adjoining door. This scared the kids as the door was in the room with the bunk beds. They stopped after we asked them to. It was hard to go to sleep because you could hear what sound like stomping overhead from the unit upstairs and the constant moving of benches and chairs. The bedroom next to the room with the bunks had a lot of water damage. The ceiling was majorly stained and there was definitely a mold issue in that bathroom as water would leak behind the wall and bubble.. plus there was signs of black mold as well. The unit was very spacious with nice furnishings but just way too loud. If we were there to party then that would have been one thing but we were there as a family with young kids so it just didn’t work. Convenience to everything was a plus. The view was not good. A very steep drop off just outside the porch without any type of guard rail made it unsafe for our kids to be outside. Again a nice enough place just not appropriate for our family getaway with young kids. For the price we have stayed in much nicer, with much better views, and far more peace and quiet.
