We booked this room last-minute when we arrived in the Smokies a day earlier than planned. We got to the hotel around 8 pm and had to wait about 15 minutes to check in even though there was no line. The front desk woker was on the phone the entire time trying to make a reservation for someone whose credit card didn't work. She did eventually tell that petson she'd call them back once there were 3 of us waiting to check in, but that should have happened a lot sooner. Once she got off the phone, the check-in process was smooth. Check-out was also easy. The room was no-frills, which was fine. We just needed a place to sleep. It looked nice at first glance but was a bit dingy once you looked closely. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't squeaky clean either. The beds weren't great, but they weren't awful, either. The pillows, however...yikes. I can honestly say those were the worst pillows I've ever slept on in my whole life. They felt like someone had shoved hundreds of really dense cotton balls into a pillow case. They were SO LUMPY. My step son and husband said the same thing. We all agreed that they were beyond terrible. It definitely impacted my sleep. If i hadn't been exhausted after a 14-hour drive, I probably wouldn't have gotten any sleep on those pillows. It was perfectly fine for a single night when we just needed a place to crash for a few hours, but I wouldn't want to make this hotel the home base for my vacation.

Clean room, hard bed

The room was clean, and we have everything we needed. The bed however was not the greatest. They looked comfortable, but were very hard and back was in pain every morning. If they could Improve the beds that would have made this excellent.

Not my favorite place to stay. The road noise from the strip was awful until late. That’s not the hotel’s fault, I knew what I was getting in to. Lesson learned though. The pillows were tiny and super hard. It was clean and a really convenient location.
