First and foremost, Miss Judy, the breakfast host, was the SWEETEST! Definitely the nicest employee we encountered. Our room was clean, however the hallway carpet could’ve used a shampooing and it did not smell the greatest. Pictures of the entire facility were deceiving, especially the pool area. Would stay here again if options were limited but it wouldn’t be a first or even second choice.

My son and I came for a weekend in late September. Overall, the location was excellent and very convenient to everything in pigeon Forge. The hotel room was clean and amenities were good. Staff was helpful.The Wi-Fi was not great. We had to leave the hotel so that my son could work on his computer. All in all the rate was fairly reasonable and I would stay here again.

Who let the Dogs Out!

Seems well run. Breakfast is pretty good, better than average. The staff is great. The only issue that I'd rather avoid is all the dogs. I'd rather not have dogs barking as you walk down a hallway and to have it happen 3 times before you reach your room makes you feel a bit intimidated as to if you will be sleeping well tonight!

Property was well maintained. Employees were top notch. All Employees were friendly and took extra time out to take care of guest. Very clean room. I will definitely be coming back. My favorite hotel now.

Great clean hotel
