Our room smelled like cat pee so strong it burned my eyes and they said they would come oxidize the room and reclean it. didn’t happen friday night so they promised they would do it sat night. we didn’t get back until around 10 p.m. and it hadn’t been done again so we had to stay in it again it was terrible They are letting animals in the hotel now and it’s ruining the Ramsey.

The room was good and the reviews about the bed were completely true. In particular I liked the hospitality of the staff. The greeter at the breakfast needs a special mention. She was very courteous and kind. We liked it overall and would consider it for our next Garlinburg/pegion forge vacation.

The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, awesome breakfast buffet, and the hours for breakfast was longer than most hotels I have stayed at.

The room was a very newly renovated one. My husband adored the new shower head. Bed was comfortable. Liked having the couch in the room as well.

They said they did not get confirmation from Expedia for my last night, so I had to pay them directly for a night I had already paid Expedia for. The only positive experience I had was with Mrs. Judy at the checkin for breakfast. She was so sweet, caring and polite.
