They were an hour and a half late in allowing us to check in. Coffee maker didn't work. TV had no stations. Supervisor seemed unconcerned about getting us checked in at a decent time. Air conditioning didn't cool enough and rattled. Most of the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. Not enough parking. To many problems. I would never stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

The Wayback was nice and clean, with an easy and convenient location. Our room had a pull-out couch, which was great for the little ones to sleep on. Walls seemed soundproof. My only complaints were that the floor could've been mopped better and that there was no microwave in the room. I would absolutely come back though.

I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, It was a great stay. The only issue we had was the shampoo and shower gel dispensers were empty. Nothing major, but since I only stayed one night I did not pack any of those essentials. I told the front desk when I checked out and she apologized and made a note for housekeeping.

Low quality environment. No hair dryer, hand soap, or iron in the room. You could heat absolutely everything going on outside through the walls. Sheets were clean but the shower had not been cleaned, as there was hair in the shower upon our arrival.
