2-12-25: Lovely, super clean hotel with balcony over a relaxing river with ducks below. Although the front desk gentleman who checked me in was cold and unwelcoming, the ladies in the breakfast area were warm and friendly. Excellent breakfast with a nice variety of food. Comfortable beds! We appreciate our stay and would definitely return. Thank you !

This place was perfect. The balcony over the river was awesome! Clean and comfy. Front desk was so polite. Breakfast and coffee were amazing! Would absolutely stay here again. And for the price best option for sure.

Our stay was wonderful. Weve stayed at Twin Mountain numerous times but they have remodeled since the last time. Its beautiful. Everything was so clean. Employees were very friendly/helpful. The only down was the little couch in the room was kind of uncomfortable. But we'll definitely be staying again

Amazing staff! Room was clean and neat. Loved the fire pit area next to the river. It was my bday and the ladies at the front desk were very nice about it. Sure Im coming back next time I visit Pigeon Forge.

Always stay here great place and can take our dog. But we reserved it on Orbitz and paid the first night down $110. When we got there we were supposed to only owe $200 but they said that was a fee Orbitz charged us and that they didn't get the $110 so we had to pay the whole price. So we were out $110 dollars.

We were woken up very early by commercial carpet cleaning vehicles running industrial machinery before 8 am right outside our door. The parking lot was partially blocked because of this as well and made leaving difficult in our van.

This property is a gem. I've stayed here 3 times in the last 3 years and it is great. Rooms have been recently remodeled. They are clean and convenient to access. It also very quiet. You can't beat the stay for the price.

we went for a weekend girls trip had the double queen with balcony and fireplace...beds were comfy, rooms were clean...the ducks and river off the balcony was added enjoyment... hot breakfast with sausage eggs gravy biscuit and so forth
