Atenção à Limpeza!
Hotel é muito bom, local e atentimedo do recepcionista sensacional, café muito bom. Somente a limpeza do quarto que foi ruim. Paredes sujas com aspecto horrível (nojento) em cima da cabeceira da cama e na lateral da cama tbem. Como precisamos parar na estrada para por conta de um acidente, decidimos dormir e continuar viagem no período da manhã. Só não pedimos para mudar de quarto pois estávamos exaustos da viagem. Ficamos no quarto 251 fica a insatisfação com a limpeza.

De Ruim para Péssimo
Cheguei de uma viagem de carro 250km, cansado. Quando fui dormir começou uma goteira vindo da luminária em cima da cama oriundo do ar-condicionado. Logo após também começou pingar do ar-condicionado. Como estava muito cansado decidir virar a cama e no dia seguinte informar a recepção sobre e solicitar a manutenção. Foi o que fizemos no dia seguinte informando a recepção. Quando voltei não tinham feito nem a manutenção e nem me mudado de quarto. Resolvemos deixar assim mesmo, pois como tínhamos ouvido de outras pessoas que estavam hospedados que a recepção não estava resolvendo os problemas. Inclusive teve um hospede que teve o banheiro alagado pelo chuveiro higiênico que nada fizeram e ele veio pedir o cancelamento do resto da sua estadia indo para um outro hotel. Na sexta-feira quando cheguei por volta das 22h30, não tinha ninguém na recepção. Tive que aguardar 5 minutos, pois o recepcionista estava em algum andar resolvendo algum problema. Como ele estava sozinho a recepção estava sem ninguém. Diga que hotel não tem Vigilante. Ou seja, sem nenhuma segurança. Acho que esse hotel não é padrao Ibis. Estava no quarto 151.
