Chalet #20 is a beautiful three bedroom chalet that offers a view of Lake Innsbruck at the wooded view price. The master bedroom features a spacious king sized bed with a private en suite bathroom, the second bedroom downstairs features a queen bed and there are two full beds in the open loft upstairs. This chalet is within walking distance to all of our amenities and also within walking distance to our wedding and event venues. Enjoy a wood burning fireplace in the living room during the colder months and enjoy a view of Lake Innsbruck from the deck all year long. Pet Friendly $50 a day for up to 2 dogs.

Overall the chalet was okay. It is very close to Callaway Gardens & Fantasy in Lights, which was why we were there. It could definitely use some TLC. The carpet, living room rug and bar stools were all very stained and the bathrooms are very small. We were only given one bath towel and one washcloth per person for a 3 night stay. Location was great!

Chalet Experience
We loved our stay at the property. We wish there had been more basic items in the house, such as salt/pepper, paper towels, soap, and laundry detergent. The house was nicely decorated with plenty of dishes and in close proximity to the amenities. It was a wonderful experience overall.

The surfaces of the appliances were clean, but there were spider webs on the chair legs, dead roaches (we counted 11!!), hair in the guest bathtub, and the furniture needs to be cleaned (the upholstery on the sofa and bar stools is very dirty and soiled). We had a 16-month-old with us and we had to vacuum the entire kitchen/den area to get up the roaches and remove the spider webs. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness. It needs a good spring cleaning!
Otherwise, the beds were very comfortable, the location was great and the kitchen was well stocked. We would come back to the resort, but not to this property.
