Retreat to an exclusive resort in Leland Meadow, a private association with members only recreation facilities. This is your headquarters for HIGH SIERRA FUN with all the conveniences of home! SUMMER: Access the members only clubhouse, tennis courts, pickle ball, and more. Take a short drive to Beardsley or Pinecrest Lakes. WINTER: On-site professionally managed snow play resort at Leland Snowplay or take the short drive to Dodge Ridge or Pinecrest. A comfortable and tastefully decorated town home with amazing views of the lake and mountains from the deck just outside the kitchen. Enjoy the landscape vista in the daytime and stargaze at night, away from the interruption of city lights and sounds. The full kitchen features both indoor and outdoor dining, as well as your own BBQ grill. The three bedrooms are cozy, quiet, and peaceful. The bathrooms include a tub and a shower. In the winter, sit back in warmth and comfort and watch the fire burn in the wood stove in the living room. Sip on a warm drink on the spacious couch. Step right out the door and enjoy winter fun at Leland High Sierra Snowplay.
