The hotel appears to be being updated. Our rooms were nice but not totally cleaned. One of our pillows looked used. Hair on the floor in the other rooms bathroom. Couch in room was fairly stained. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was limited. Eggs were under cooked and the tap for the waffle batter broke so the attendant just deemed to unavailable to guests instead of offering us to manually pour the batter into the pre-mesured cups. Orange and Apple juice was nice and cold and not watered down. Owners/ attendants were polite but not very friendly or welcoming.

The room was next to the maintenance room so what sounded like an air compressor ran all the time. The breakfast was meager & not very good. Milk frozen in refrigerator, grounds in coffee. I was very disappointed for the price an am not sure I'll use Expedia again.

Too expensive

The beds were small. But comfy! Floors were damp/wet so that was gross. Gym is a joke. It's smaller than my closet and has one dumbbell, a broken treadmill and a junky elliptical that doesn't work. The pool is big but needs cleaning, entire pool area including door hinges need some attention(major rust) . Showers are weird to turn on. Very expensive for a less than decent hotel. Breakfast looked questionable so we didn't eat it

The room was clean. The refrigerator froze all my food. There was no on at the front desk to aak questions or to even check out. Breakfast waa supposed to be 6AM to 9AM. The first morning, it finally opened at 7. The second morning it wasnt open when we left or keys at the front desk next to the keyboard, at 8:40am. Again so front desk person to get a receipt.

Sadly this was not what i expected.

It was gross. For what i paid, and the first look I expected much better. The younger staff were very friendly and helpful, but the rooms were dirty. I had hair in my shower and some weird white something on the wall of the shower....i wasnt going to touch it. So no shower. Also after I brushed my teeth I noticed blood stain on my towel, had to check the other towels before i used them. Luckily, I only stayed 1 night. Breakfast included was hopeful, but they only had about 6 eggs and cold bacon and sausage. I would give it a 1 on everything but again the younger staff at the check in were great, and at least I didnt have bed bugs. So theres that. I would give this overall a 2 stars out of 5 because of those 2 friendly younger staff and no bed bugs at least in my room.
Long hair on the tub...I barely have any hair so I knew it wasn't mine.
Blood stains on towel. Albeit its small, it's not mine and gross.

Check in was very rough, they didnt know what to charge me, tried charging me $250, when i paid ahead of time. Charged us an extra $70 after our check-out even though we were gone by 10 and organized the room. Never got our room refreshed or new towels for a 3 day stay. Jacuzzi didnt work, ice machines on 2 out of 3 floors didnt work.

Checked in before our multi-day hike. Staff are awesome. Room had an old pair of underwear, an old pair of socks, and a very moldy loaf of bread in it. How is this overlooked? Checked in at 11:30PM after the hike. Gary was awesome. First room was utterly trashed. Returned and got a third floor room—utterly trashed as well. Returned and was told to contact Expedia and offered an apology. Continued on with my 10 y/o daughter to Jackson and got to bed at 3AM. Nice people and great beds. Housekeeping is not being invested in.
Bread with extra mold—free with room!
We tossed the old undergarments into the trash.

Run down and understaffed

My associate had to change rooms because of dirty sheets. Then fire alarm went off in his room at 6am. No staff around in morning. Towels are terribly thin. A bit run down. Bags of trash sitting in stairwell.

It's an average hotel, decent and clean, but very basic. The burgers in the restaurant were really good. The breakfast was basic, but the young lady working was so friendly and helpful. Great service.
