Disliked: Cleanliness
Roaches and up charge of 250 “deep clean” fee added for normal use. 2 small spots of dirt on WHITE sheets, “dirt” on already dirty carpet (maybe a no shoes allowed sign should be added) & dog fur (I paid an extra 100 initially when I booked bc I was bringing my 20lb short hair dog- it’s august & dogs shed) Another stain that looks like blood and mold they claim is our fault on bedding even though mold doesn’t grow that quickly & nobody bled anywhere!Clearly they look for unreasonable ways to charge extra “cleaning fee”so beware! They are blaming everything they already had wrong on the dog to claim need for deep clean. They need deep clean due to roaches which is not our fault. There are roaches everywhere alive and dead. Traps all over the house so obviously a known problem. Broken & dirty items when we walked in (warning: wash dishes yourself before using) but we tried to just be understanding until the “deep cleaning fee” for normal cleaning items was sprung on us. So extra 250 was added on even tho I already paid a cleaning fee AND an extra 100 for dog.The good: Great location! We have stayed at several other condos in the same area with no issues & no Upcharges like this place. No golf course view like many others have nearby but still just a quick drive to the cradle. Check in very easy w a code. Wi fi worked great. Cute decor. Quiet neighborhood. We go to Pinehurst to golf all the time & will never stay here again.
