Beautiful and spacious renovated (1600 sq ft) 3BR condo located on the 2nd fairway of Pinehurst Resort and Country Club's Course No. 5. Condo across the Harness Track and a short walk to Pinehurst Club House and all its amenities. Great location for participants of North and South championship as well as US kids championship.

Master bedroom has a King bed as well as a modern ensuite bathroom. Enjoy the amazing views of the golf course from the back deck. Smart TV in living Room.

The kitchen is fully appointed for meal preparation. Afterwards, come sit at large dining room table or maybe relax on the balcony overlooking the golf course.

The Pinehurst courses have played host to the US Open, the Ryder Cup Championship, the U.S. Amateur, and the PGA Championship. In 2024, the famed Pinehurst No. 2 will again host the U.S Open. The 2024 U.S. Open will be the 11th USGA championship to be hosted by the club and will be the 10th in the last 35 years, more than any other site in the United States.
