The KAPARBIO apartment, on the 1st floor of the residence which can also be reached by lift, is a three-room apartment consisting of a large living room with kitchen complete with flat accessories, crockery, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and gas hob, as well as a TV corner and sofa double bed. The sleeping area consists of a main bedroom furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, the second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower cubicle. The apartment has a balcony equipped with table and chairs, ideal for those who want to make the most of their time outdoors and also connected to the balconies of the bedrooms.
