Nice Condo in Good Area

The condo looked just as pictured. It was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative was slow or lack of responsiveness from the property owner. Otherwise good value!

Pleasant, but a few suggestions

Overall we enjoyed the stay. We didn't realize there was no A/C, and during our stay a few days were downright hot. The fans helped, but it would have been great to have A/C. We realize it's the mountains and this type of heat is rare, but maybe a portable A/C unit to help cool down a room would be great. The satellite TV had few channels (and no local channels), but we were able to watch streaming channels like Netflix. Also, was surprised with the traffic noise as it's not on the highway. Otherwise, it was a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Nice Place to Stay!

Well kept spacious townhouse. It is well furnished with comfortable furniture. I took off one star in the rating because the master bedroom mattress is very uncomfortable and should be replaced. The wifi was also a little spotty. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay!

Nice place and location

The owner Mary was very helpful and responded quickly. Had everything we needed. Lots of spices and condiments were an added pleasure (things we forgot at the store). Could have used a regular coffee maker (brought my own). It did have a Keurig and k-cups. It was a short trip to go skiing (~35 min) + close to stores and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Labor Day retreat

Stayed Labor Day week. Was wary as we pulled up because unit is close to the busy road. However, it’s quiet at night. Lovely temps at night w windows open for sleeping. Spacious split bedroom plan. Very well equipped kitchen. Definitely would stay again.

Large apartment that was close (but not too close) to downtown Pinetop. Large balcony for hanging out outside and plently of breeze when the doors are open. Quiet neighborhood but there is a bit of road noise that usually quiets down around 9-10 pm. Will definitely be staying there again! :)
