Located within the Ville Golf residential complex, it is extremely convenient for skiing as it is only 80 m from the Grostè cable car and ski slopes, and is also 150 m from the Golf course which in winter transforms into a learning field for those starting to ski. It is about 2 km from the centre of Madonna di Campiglio. It enjoys a view of the ski slopes and surrounding mountains.
