The modern kitchenette is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, and filter coffee machine, among other things, providing everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bathroom has a shower (hairdryer not available).

A special highlight is the spacious rooftop terrace with a hot tub and relaxation lounge. In addition, the sun terrace on the upper floor offers magnificent views of the sea and the marina.
