Great location, 1 minute from the train station from which you can travel to Florence, Livorno, Lucca etc. and close to bus stops. Very close to the airport. Friendly staff. We stayed at Hotel Maria for one night during our quick visit to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and the experience was generally pleasant. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic facilities we needed. The bathroom was clean too, although the shower cubicle was quite small, which might be uncomfortable for tall or larger guests. The hot water level wasn’t as strong as expected, but the room heating worked perfectly, and overall cleanliness was excellent. The Wi‑Fi connection was good, which helped us plan our short stay. One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its location, situated directly in front of Pisa Centrale railway station. From there, it’s extremely easy to catch buses or the PisaMover shuttle to the airport, which takes only a few minutes. We also enjoyed a nice pizza dinner at a nearby restaurant, thanks to the convenient surroundings. We didn’t have time to try the hotel’s food, but based on the overall experience, we believe it should be good.
