This detached house is distributed on two levels and is located in the countryside of Pisticci. The house is very close to the sea and the nearby city of boulders Matera. With its 200 m² the house offers plenty of space for a large family with pet.



In the private fenced garden you can enjoy pleasant hours outdoors. Spend here many beautiful hours in the sun. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea. End the day here with a cool drink and good conversation.
