Quite attractive from the outside view. For some reason we were given a handicapped room even though we had not requested it and did not need it. Since microwave was below counter level, it was hard to read keypad. Seemed to be for someone in a wheelchair, but the shower was not a walk-in shower. Room was hot, even though we set thermostat to 66, pillow was like sleeping on a rock. The only noise was from the elevator, but it was not too noisy. Wyndom usually offers a better experience. There were a couple of maintenance issues and housekeeping was not up to snuff. Pile of dirt on coffee table, unclean towel rack in bathroom.

Staff was so friendly and the room was updated and clean. Check in and check out was very easy. We forgot our dogs shoes in our room and called later that day and they were able to ship them to us which was so kind. I’ve tried other hotels and motels in the area that fit within our budget but this was the best by far. Will stay here again!

I would assume the front desk is short staffed as there was always a wait and when we checked out no one ever came to the front desk. Maybe some kind of system to call for assistance.
