Pros: Spacious rooms, extensive ammenities and staff replied promptly to our inquiries (at first). Cons: “queen” sofa bed just a big sofa, had pee smell on one side; shower gel rack positioned way too high for shorter adults or children to reach; floors and carpet were kinda dirty. But honestly the cons weren’t dealbreakers cause good price. We came back from dinner around 9:30PM, noticed the room below partying loudly (despite signs for quiet time from 10PM-7AM everywhere), which continued past midnight. The old radiators (no longer in use, there’s a new HVAC system) connected the sound between our room and the one below, so we heard everything downstairs at the same volume. My husband went down and asked them to stop, they superficially agreed and continued partying anyway. We tried to contact property staff for an hour, both directly and through expedia, to no avail. My husband had to call the police, and they came twice but only got the room below to turn down the volume a little (they had a right to party it seems). Finally at 2AM we connected with property staff, and they explained that the person who rented the room below didn’t know about the party (???) and they are now returning to stop it, which to me makes zero sense. Property staff never came, left it to the tenants below to deal with themselves. They turned off the music, but continued to loudly argue, yell and swear at each other past 3AM (we continued to hear everything). Stay here at your own risk.

Really great place to stay for the price. Spacious and airy, with exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows! Easy and free street parking, great location. Excellent stay.
