Friendly staff, nice lobby/bar. Room was one of the most un-clean rooms I've ever had to stay in. It was clearly not cleaned AT ALL other than folding the toilet paper to make it appear clean. Shower had obvious signs of not being cleaned such as small, dark colored curly hairs ALL OVER. Same with the bedding. When brought up to management I was told the room would be cleaned and new bedding-that never happened. We ended our stay a night early because of how dirty the room was. They also left us a complimentary bottle of used lotion. On top of this, parking is not free to guests, its an additional fee when you check in. Would not suggest staying here if you prefer a clean room.

Upon arrival it was raining. There was no awning to unload out of the rain. Elevating were having issues. Took about 20 min to get from 4th floor to main floor due to one elevator working, so elevator was full multiple trips down. There was some sort of sewer gas being released into our room starting around midnight every night. No accommodations given, we were told Maintenance was not in. Prices were doubled due to a concert being in town. I was very disappointed in our stay. Also, I found pieces of Candycane under our air conditioning, which indicates not properly cleaned since Christmas.

Room smelled like cigarettes. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable, so I ended up sleeping on top of the couch. Very convenient to the arena, which was why we were there. Overall 4/5.

This was a good choice for the price. The room was big enough, and clean. No one mentioned that parking is a separate cost ($38 per night) and there is no free parking anywhere near to the hotel so this was an unpleasant surprise.
