From the hairs on the blanket, to the dust on the lamp & bathroom vent, to the metal trim around the door that stuck out 3 inches, as well as the pee around the toilet. The only staff that even had an identifying uniform & name badge was when we checked in. Maintenance had to come to our room & he was wearing a Nike jumpsuit, nothing to identify him. The next morning when we checked out the lady at the desk had on Lilo & Stitch pajama pants. For as much as the room cost, I was highly disgusted & disappointed.

Clean room, large rooms, the pillows the sheets the comforter are so comfortable I slept like a baby. Very nice staff, no problems at all. Also the pool area is very clean as well as the pool, and they make sure it’s nice and warm in there for you. Also breakfast is really good and for people that like to sleep in a little bit they do have it later than a lot of other hotels it ends at 10 o’clock. I also love the lighting that they have in their rooms, they have little lamp lights on both sides of the bed and behind the bed there’s a light that shines up at the ceiling there’s also one of those behind the TV I just love the lighting in the rooms.

Clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Nice location not far from anything - airport, downtown, Tanger Outlets, various restaurants. Very spacious rooms with a great layout. Easy parking. Breakfast was good.

The only thing that didn’t make sense to me was we were there about three hours early and she checked to see if her room was available and said that it was but then there was a $50 early check-in fee. I didn’t see that in writing anywhere and it seemed odd since the room was actually available.
