We loved our stay and would gladly stay there again. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet, which I appreciated because I'm a light sleeper. Breakfast was delicious, especially the made-to-order omelettes. The hotel offers spectacular views, especially from the top floor.

Well, it’s complicated. The good? Fantastic rooms. Clean, spacious. The lobby and restaurant/bar area on the 25th floor of gorgeous and has great views of the city. Excellent breakfast too. It’s really a beautiful building. The bad? Check-in was an unabashed nightmare. People were waiting in line for an hour or more, and many rooms were not ready for that day’s guests. Housekeeping was hours behind. After waiting in line and checking in, some people waited for HOURS for a room to open up. The overwhelmed folks at the desk didn’t communicate at all what was going on. It didn’t help the lobby was a million degrees and guests’ nerves were fraying. Such a shame. The hotel is so nice and in a great spot, but I don’t think I will book this place again. What a mess.
