The rooms are spacious. Facilities are a bit outdated, but generally pretty clean. We had a couple of minor inconveniences in our room that we didn’t report because our stay was short- some lights that didn’t work and a slow draining sink. On site free parking in the city is a huge bonus. Walking distance to the Convention Center and Strip District. Directly across the street from the Heinz History Center, which is fun and has a cute Pittsburgh gift shop.

A great place for staying in downtown Pittsburgh! So many dining options within walking distance. Parking was easy, too. The only issue was when we lost power for a few hours—we never heard from the hotel about the issue—had to reach out ourselves and find out when it was back on. Luckily, we were not in the elevator and were able to leave the hotel for other reasons during this time. Communication was not great.
