This was a great hotel, it was a very spacious room with two beds, one king & one double, a big jacuzzi tub with a disco light ball, a nice big bathroom with a big walk in shower. It was a great price and was a very neat room, recommend!!

The stay was nice overall. I had 2 teenagers and they were extremely dissapointed that the hot tub did not work and we did not receive any discount on our room. They loved the disco lights in the room. Over all the room was inviting and comfortable.

Horrible experience!

I want a refund! I was supposed to pay at property, 30 minutes before 3 I got a call saying my card was declined. Said I had to check in by 3 to keep my room. When I got there my room wasn’t even ready. The people who was supposed to stay with us couldn’t park on property. I called front desk Saturday night asked if their was breakfast and was told their was no hot breakfast offered, when I woke up my husband said he seen breakfast but we were to late. Staff was rude. I will not stay ever again!

Everything was fine except the room temperature . The AC was not turned on and when we walked into the room it was hot! It took a couple of hours to cool off.;(. It was already close to 11:00pm when we arrived.

Good for price

Facility staff was friendly and very helpful and accommodating. Room layout was interesting as there were two beds and an open area between jacuzzi tub and bathroom. The front desk was nice enough to give us a shower curtain for this area. Breakfast wasn’t the best. Only juice was grape and generic cereal. Beds were on the hard side. Overall good value though.

I guess you get what you pay for. I expected a bit more given all of the positive reviews. Our room had stains all over the walls and ceilings. The couch in our room was stained. The bedding was relatively clean luckily. Parking is extremely limited. We left for a while and came back to a full lot. We asked the person at the front desk if there were any other parking options and were told that we could park at the restaurant across the street and that we “probably” wouldn’t get ticketed or towed. Ceiling was leaking in the hallway, fitness room was extremely limited and smelled musty, one of the side entrances that was supposed to require a room key to enter was propped open and wouldn’t fully close. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for more than a one night stay in a pinch.

First time stay. It is old and could use new carpet and some paint. Outside needs some TLC, clean up grounds, and parking lot needs redone. BUT room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Even a microwave! Staff was nice - I see they double as maintenance, and check in/out. Very pleasant and helpful. It was GREAT to have a very nice restaurant across the street, as we were so tired from driving. We will try this brand more often because of our stay here.

Just amazing

Although the decor was dated and could use some cosmetic TLC the staff more than made up for it. Michelle was amazing and accommodating to not only me but to other guests i witnessed her dealing with. The other staff member i dealt with. i didnt get his name, but introduced himself as the maintenance guy was helpful and very friendly. This hotel is definitely a hidden gem and deserves a 5 star rating just in effort alone.
