Welcome to your modern, second-floor apartment in the heart of the Mexican War Streets. Thoughtfully designed with historic charm and modern amenities, this space ensures a comfortable and convenient stay.
After entering through the common entry, head up one flight of stairs to your apartment door. Note that there is only 1 step-up inside the home, but stairs are required to enter the apartment, so this is not a suitable location for mobility-impaired individuals.

### Living & Work Space

Stepping inside, you first enter in between the kitchen & living area. Step into the bright and airy living room to the left, which features hardwood floors and a multiple seating options. A 55” Smart TV is mounted for your entertainment, while the kitchen table invites you and your family or friends to dinner.

### Kitchen & Dining

Onto the kitchen area, the fully stocked galley-style layout includes stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the cooking essentials you need for a night in with a great meal.

### Bedrooms & Bathroom

Down the hallway, you first encounter the bathroom on your right, featuring a walk-in shower, plush towels, and premium toiletries. Next you'll find the guest bedroom, featuring a queen-sized memory foam mattress, a 32” Smart TV, and a second workspace for extra flexibility. The primary bedroom at the back of the home features a king-sized memory foam mattress, blackout curtains, a 32” Smart TV, and its own dedicated desk setup.

Originally called Buena Vista, the neighborhood gets its unique name from streets honoring figures and battles of the Mexican-American War, and most of the stunning row homes here date back to the 1800s.

This walkable, NYC- or Boston-style enclave is home to the Mattress Factory Museum, the colorful explosion that is Randyland, indie coffee shops, cozy restaurants, and a handful of lively bars. And when you're ready to explore beyond the neighborhood, you're just a short walk to the North Shore, where you’ll find PNC Park, Acrisure Stadium (let’s be real, it’ll always be Heinz Field), Stage AE, and the best bars & restaurants along the riverfront.

Safe, family-friendly, and one of Pittsburgh’s most sought-after places to live, the Mexican War Streets feel like a world of their own. Stroll past **gorgeous brownstone row homes, soak in the history, and experience the neighborhood like a true local!

1. Smoking (or vaping) is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside only; please dispose of your butts responsibly. A minimum $1,000 cleaning fee will be reported if evidence of smoking is found in the home.

2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property without prior notice. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of four (4) up to a maximum of six (6) persons in the property at any given time. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.

3. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

4. We offer a Chore-Free Checkout, and do not ask our guests to clean prior to check out. However, this does not give permission to leave a mess; cleaning that requires substantially more time than usual due to excessive trash, stains, spills, etc., will be charged to the Guest at $40 per hour.

5. Late check-outs are not permitted without prior discussion, as our cleaning teams are punctual. Late check outs require additional cleaners to be brought in, and will be charged at $50 in half hour increments.

6. If Guest cancels the trip past the cancellation window deadline, Host is willing to refund if any dates are rebooked. This refund is provided only above and beyond the cancellation amount, up to a full refund. Hosts understand plans can change, and don't believe in "double-dipping" if Guest nights are able to be rebooked.

7. There is no daily housekeeping service. The property has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival; linens, bath towels, toiletries, and more are included in the stay. Additional supplies or mid-stay cleanings are available for additional cost.
