Receptionist were very helpful and friendly. It’s a bit wet from swimmers going to elevators. Limited area for eating. Can be noisey if room is located on first floor near bar reception. Good value food. Rooms are clean and bigger than I expected. Nice stay overall.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was pet friendly and we were able to get a room on the first floor that was close to an exit, which made walking our pup more convenient. There was an indoor pool, which was very nice. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Only stayed one night and arrived later in the evening so didn’t spend a lot of time with amenities but the pool was so cold….had trouble enjoying that. 2 of 4 kiddos couldn’t last in the cold water more than a couple minutes. Rooms were clean and breakfast was pretty average. Overall pretty average. Nothing bad but nothing that overly impressed me either.

Brittany was extremely helpful and fixed everything for us. As for hotels.com, they booked us in a room that had a bathtub despite the fact that there was actually no bathtub available. We were moved to another room with a horrible smell in the fridge, so we had to move to a third room. Poor Brittany had to take care of all these issues for us, for which she was very accommodating and apologetic. Even when there were no more towels in the pool, I watched her grab some clean ones from the closet and fold them herself for us. The pool was overflowing and chilly, and the eggs at breakfast were like drywall. The room was okay but the wallpaper in the bathroom was wrinkled and a few tiles were missing. Decent place to stay provided you get lucky with the room or blessed with staff like us.
