Carpets in hallway and room were dirty, stained, and torn in places. Door to bathroom in my room was peeling and coming apart. Overall condition of room was dated and not clean.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Signed up for rewards program and they gave me free late check-out which was very helpful. Just a very good value for the price. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Pittsburgh.

The staff were incredibly fun and friendly. They seemed to truly take pleasure in their job and their co-workers and it showed in how they treated us as guests. The facility was clean and nice - would definitely be my first choice to stay when returning to Pittsburgh.

Loved the hotel! The room was nice and big! The shower had nice hot water! The bed was nice, clean and comfortable! Would have been perfect had it had a microwave but other than that it was perfect!!

Golden girls reunion.

Good space for group of 4. Loved that there was a table so we could play cards. Overall good experience. The fact that they have free shuttle service to the airport was the icing on the cake.

Reserved several rooms for our sons wedding, brought a lot of business to your hotel, but asked if I could get into one room early and was told they could not guarantee that it could, and if so I would be charged $30/hour. That’s so unreasonable. Then at 9:30 in the morning housekeeping was at the door, thought checkout was noon?

Everything about this place worked out for us. I must say that the staff was beyond exceptional. I don’t think I ever stayed at a place that had a better staff. There are plenty places to eat. There are places you can shop if you have free time. We stayed here for three nights and will stay here again if we are in the area.

Very comfortable bed. Loud air conditioning unit but was white noise to me. Breakfast was hot & fresh, and always available. Not the greatest hotel in the world, but very comfortable and no complaints.

Ok for our one night stay. Bed was very comfortable. Shower room was not lighted well. It was small and had very little clearance between the door and the commode. I almost had to step back in the shower to open the door to exit.
