The room is very clean. They didn’t need to, but they cleaned it every day. The only problem was that it was an adjoining room to people that we weren’t connected with. And I know you can’t help this, but they were loud and rude. Before you give these rooms to customers, you should make them aware of this so that they could choose to be in a room that’s not adjoined to another room.

My second stay of the trip was amazing again. Quick walk to airport checkin. Staff is polite, knowledgeable and caring. Food is amazing , I enjoyed dinner and breakfast during my stay. Location is the best.

Bathroom needed a bit of attention. Front desk person was slightly rude when we asked where the elevator to the pick up level was. She pointed toward a different elevator than we had come down like we were stupid for not seeing it. I was slightly embarrassed in front of other guests.
