We were unable to get to the hotel because of the snow storm and asked to be rebooked the next day and we were summarily refused amd told that the payment for the room would be forfeited. All of our flights were cancelled and it was impossible to fulfil the stay. I am a rewards member and i believe i was rudely handled and was offered no accomodation to be able to work things out.

The front desk staff was very helpful. They explained the shuttle service very clearly. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We had a nice dinner on sight which was very convenient.

The staff and room were great. Room service brought us sodas with cling wrap loosely clinging to the tops with a straw wrapped in the cup. The vending machine at 7$ on my credit card when we tried using that to buy a soda.
