The property is overall wonderful and the quibbles I have are probably quite unusual. When I checked in I was not given all the information about the property. For instance they did not mention there was coffee available at 6.30 am and I went to the local Dunkin Donuts before realizing. Also at brunch the waitress forgot to put in my order so I sat for half an hour until I asked an extremely helpful bus boy to find out what happened.

Great Staff, Great Hotel

The service staff was excellent! Olga was terrific. Andy, the restaurant host, was top notch. The sous chef (I think he was the sous chef) came to our table to make sure we were happy. What a great hotel and crew!

Beautiful hotel in good location downtown. Nina at check in was very helpful and personable. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfy. Social hour and morning coffee were a plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a gem! Loved my stay here! Friendly, warm, welcoming staff, from the front desk to the bar! Loved my room! The decor, design, loved it all! I initially booked the wrong date by accident, but the staff(Ola) was kind enough to change it for me without penalty! And for that I am forever thankful and will book a stay here again! Enjoyed the food and drinks at the restaurant and the hospitality! See you guys soon!
