I booked for two nights. I told the lady checking me in that I may not be able to stay the second night, and she said that it would be ok. Unfortunately, I did have to check out the next morning. The man who checked me out was not helpful and informed me that I would still have to pay for the second night. I was checking out at 9:00 am. He was very reluctant to help in anyway. When I asked who I could talk with or call, he said he would take care of it and made a quick note. He gave me no assurance that this would in fact be done. He told me to watch my bank statement to see if it was done. This is the first time that I have been treated like this in any Quality Inn. At this point, I will not use Quality Inn facility
